The companies as consumers, the legal aspects and the main penalties when not complying with the law.
The main objective of the course is to deal with the consumer relationship, beyond the supplier and consumer concepts; expressing the supplier responsibility over the products or services damages; to clarify the legal procedures in relation to the rights of the consumer; to present the possible administrative procedures established by Procon and by the consumer protection prosecutor. The course will also present the risk of each step and the penalties when infringing upon the law.
